We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable and enjoyable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property at which you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living their a pleasant experience. If you should have questions about the property at which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.
Lockbox instructions will be given once we receive your move in paperwork.
Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
Go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox.
An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
The remaining keys, access cards or remotes will be on the coffee table in the apartment.
When you arrive at the community, you may go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox. Once inside, you will find the information that you will need for the remainder of your stay.
When you arrive at the community, you may park in the assigned parking space given to you in your move in instructions.
On your day of departure, please remove all food and trash from the apartment when you leave.
Place all keys, access cards or remotes on the coffee table.
Take one door key and lock up the unit, place the key in the check out envelope provided with your name and apartment number on it and drop it off at the leasing office.

All rentals of one month or more, require a 30 day notice to vacate from either resident or company.
