We welcome you and hope your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the property at which you are staying.  Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience.  If you should have questions about the property at which you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with the information that you need.

• Lockbox instructions will be given once we receive your move in paperwork.
• Check in time is after 3:30pm on the day of arrival to the community.
• Instructions will be given to access the building along with your lockbox instructions.
• Once inside the building, go directly to your apartment to access your lockbox.

• An apartment key will be available once you access your lockbox.
• The remaining keys and access devices will be on the coffee table in the apartment.

You will need to park on the street or in the parking garage at a small additional cost temporarily until you access your apartment.  Once inside your apartment, your parking pass, access card and parking instructions will be on the coffee table.

• On your day of departure, please remove all food and trash from the apartment.
• Place all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave with property office staff on site.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 503-582-9229.
• All rentals of one month or longer, require a 30 day notice to vacate from either resident or company.
