We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled move-in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020

Specific arragements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork have been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment and as well as a site map of the property where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "home away from home" as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.838.8102 or 216.642.9020 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is open/unassigned. Please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Doing so may result in being fined and/or towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.

All rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Check out is up to midnight on your vacate date.  Please remove all food and trash along with your personal items.  Put keys in the the envelope provided and take them to the leasing office and use the after-hours drop box. Please set the heat at 70 degrees and AC at 60 degress.

 

There is a $50 charge for each key, access card, or remote that is not returned.
