There are full size washer and dryers in every apartment home for your convenience.

Mailboxes are located across from the elevators on the entry levle of the building you are residing.

You will receive small to medium size packages in a larger mail box right by your mailbox.  If they are too large to fit in these boxes then they will be left at the managment office and you will be able to retrieve from there during managment hours.

"For standard situations: If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to _______. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office."

If you are expecting a guest, he/she may proceed directly to your apartment. Please make sure that they do not park in reserved parking spaces.
