| Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 215.568.2188. |

| In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. |

- This property has either a one car or two car attached garage with each unit. There is also open parking to be found near and around your home
- Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
- Vehicle storage is not permitted.
- Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.
- Please have your guests park either in the designated guest parking area, or slightly away from the building so that they do not take up other residents parking spaces
- Please do not park in reserved spaces such as assigned carports or garages. If you do, your vehicle could be subject to towing at the owners expense

- Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc.) in the envelope provided for you at the time of move in and leave on the Living Room coffee table
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215-568-2188.
- When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice.
- There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25.00/key. Unreturned access cards, fitness center keys, and remote controls to garages will cost $100 per item.
- Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure.
