Check in time is after 3:30pm and we will place a lockbox on your apartment door. The lockbox code will be given prior to move in.

We will place a lockbox on your apartment door and provide you with the combination prior to your move in date. But please have all registration paperwork completed and returned to Oakwood corporate housing before arriving at your apartment. If you do not receive that information please contact us so we can get that to you.

There is plenty of parking spaces and visitors spaces for you.  There is no access gate for you to go thought. That should make it easier for you to get access to the property.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 216-642-9020.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
• Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
• Check out is prior to midnight.
