There is a full size washer and dryer in each apartment home.

The mailboxes are located on the ground level of each entryway.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Leasing Office and Oakwood are pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. 

If you are expecting a guest, he/she may proceed directly to your apartment.  Please make sure that they do not park in reserved parking spaces.

If you are experiencing any type of maintenance problem, please call our office at 215.568.2188.  Please remember that we are not located at the property.  We will make sure that your request is handled by the appropriate people.
