This property has open parking for all residents. Please limit cars to one per resident. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. ^Vehicle storage is not permitted. Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense. Please have your guests park either in the designated guest parking area, or slightly away from the building so that they do not take up other residents parking spaces. Please do not park in reserved spaces such as assigned carports or garages. If you do, your vehicle could be subject to towing at the owners expense.

Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc.) in the envelope provided for your at the time of move in and leave on the Living Room coffee table. If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215.568.2188. When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice. There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25 per key. Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure.
