• Two pet maximum per unit (one canine and one feline).

• Maximum weight limit 75 lbs.

• All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered.

• All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied.

• All canines must be licensed and must wear collar and current ID tags.

• Owners must provide litter box for felines.

• Canine breed restrictions apply.

• Pet Fee/Deposit(s): Dogs- $250 non-refundable; $250 refundable per Pet

• Pet Fee/Deposit(s): Cats- $250 non-refundable per Pet

 

When coming to Oakwood Philadelphia your keys will be waiting with our front desk attendant. Our front desk attendant will be on duty Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 12:00 Midnight, Saturday and Sunday 12.00pm to 10:00pm. If you anticipate arriving before or after these hours it is imperative that you make other arrangements to obtain your keys.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 215.568.2188.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.   Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

 

• Return all keys, access devices and parking passes (entry cards, remotes, etc.) to the leasing office on the second floor, or leave with the front desk attendant.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215.568.2188
• When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25.00 per key. Unreturned access cards will cost $50.00 Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure
• Please set the thermostat to 68 degrees prior to your departure
