Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you need to check-in early please call one day in advance for availably.

specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood corporate housing.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will include directions to your apartment as well as a site map of the property.

their is plenty of parking available for residents and your guest. No access gates. We want to make your stay comfortable.

- Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 216-642-9020.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
- Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
- Check out is prior to midnight.
