We welcome you and hope that your stay at this porperty will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 215.568.2188.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.   Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This property has open parking for all residents.  Please limit cars to one per resident.
Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration
Vehicle storage is not permitted
Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.  Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.
Please have your guests park in the designated guest parking area

 Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors' parking and contact us at 215.568.2188. Paid Parking/No Parking: Describe payment fees and location of (nearest) parking facility. If parking structure not affiliated with Oakwood Worldwide state ""This parking facility is not associated with Oakwood Worldwide."" If no nearby parking facilities exist, you should note as such, then upsell the neighborhood's convenient access to public transportation and direct the customer to additional information on the subject. One-off situations: Please refer to your move-in instructions for personalized access and parking specifics."

Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc.) in the envelope provided for you at the time of move-in on the Living Room coffee table.

When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice
There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25 per key
Please make sure all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment
If you are able to provide a forwarding address, call our office with the information
Leave your Air Conditioning set at 75 OR your heat at 65 (depending on the season)
