Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00am
Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. Laundry facilities are also located on property.
Mailboxes are centrally located in front of office.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors have access to property.
