Office Hours: M-F 9-5:30 Sat. 10-5 Sun. 1-5 Each unit is furnished with a full-size washer and dryer Mailboxes are centrally located near the clubhouse If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must call from gate and resident can grant access. There is valet trash service Wednesday morning from 5-8am
