Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at Cherry Creek will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Cherry Creek in which you are staying. Cherry Creek has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Cherry Creek has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you need.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
 
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup
You will be provided with Move-In Instructions after you have returned ALL reservation paperwork that was sent to you.


Arriving at your Apartment
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to call us toll free at 800-554-0734.


Parking and Access Gates
Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner expense.


Check Out Procedures
  • Please fill out the Express Check-Out envelope provided in your Welcome Binder.
  • Place all keys and gate cards on the Kitchen Counter prior to exiting the apartment, EXCEPT one door key which will be used to lock the apartment when you leave.
  • Place the remaining key inside the Express Check-Out envelope and turn this in to the office before exiting the property. (Should the office be closed at the time of departure, drop the envelope off in the drop box or mail slot at the front of the leasing office).
  • All Residents Must Vacate Property By Midnight of Departure Date
  • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thiry (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
  • If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.801.2832
  • Key and access devices not left upon departure result in a fee of $25 per key; $50 per access card and $75 per remote. This is for changing the locks on the door; making new keys and purchasing new gate cards and remotes. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY!
