In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. All residents are required to use Oakwood Parking Permits in order to park on the premises. Covered and garage spaces are reserved for those guests which have requested them. Your guests can park in any spot other than the covered or garage spaces. If you have a guest that will be staying for an extended amount of time please contact your local office at 512.835.6655 for an additional parking pass. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted. Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Any illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

 A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.

• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F.                                                 
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items                                                                              
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon moveout.                     
• Please lock the door upon your departure. You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place any keys and/or remotes that you have been given, into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
