Pets are allowed. There is aweight limit and breed restrictions are enforced. There is a 2 pet limit per apartment. Please call Oakwood for pet deposits and fees. Cats and dogs are permitted.

Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any quesions about the community where you are stayng, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.



Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 512.835.6655.


Arriving at your Apartment

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your ""temporary home"" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 512.835.6655 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.



Parking and Access Gates

Covered and garage spaces are reserved for those guests which have requested them. Your guests can park in any spot other than the covered or garage spaces. If you have a guest that will be staying for an extended amount of time please contact your local office at 512.835-6655 for an additional parking pass. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted. Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Any illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.



Check Out Procedures

A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F. Remember to remove all garbage and food items There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon moveout. Please lock the door upon your departure. You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place any keys and/or remotes that you have been given, into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office. If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 512.835.6655 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
