Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. All residents are required to use Oakwood Parking Permits in order to park on the premises. Covered and garage spaces are reserved for those guests which have requested them. Your guests can park in any spot other than the covered or garage spaces. If you have a guest that will be staying for an extended amount of time please contact your local office at 800.310.8123 or 512.835.6655 for an additional parking pass. Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is not permitted. Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Any illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

Please leave all keys and access devices (gate cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move out. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.310.8123 or 512.835.6655. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
