There is a full size washer and dryer in each apartment. Laundry facilities are located throughout the comunity as well.

Mailboxes are located to the right of the leasing office. There is an additional mail kiosk behind the main gate. 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, for the condition of packages received or for accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for 7-10 days unless otherwise arranged.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance of the apartment community. They must punch in the access code that you give them on the key pad in order to gain access.
