Mailboxes are located to the left, next to the leasing office.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the apartment community office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, for the condition of packages received or for accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for 7-10 days unless otherwise arranged.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance of the apartment community. They must punch in the access code that you give them on the key pad in order to gain access.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
