 There are washer and dryer hookups in every apartment. A washer/dryer set can be leased for $25/month.

 

There is a drive-thru mail center.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.  This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. 

 

Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service.  Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.

Vistors may use the call box if requested by the resident.

This property offers curbside trash pick up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Trash may be put on the curb between 5:00 and 8:00 am. Please do not place trash on the curb the night before.
