Mailboxes are located by the pool inside of the mian gates

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, for the condition of packages received or for accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for 7-10 days unless otherwise arranged.

All guest occupying the apartment for more than 5 days must notify Oakwood.

If you have an after hours maintenance emergency, please call Oakwood and wait for a live operator to assist. For non-emergency maintenance that can wait until office hours, please leave a voice mail on our after hours service, or contact Oakwood during business hours at 800.310.8123, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 pm. We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
