There are washer and dryer hook ups in each room, there are 3 laundry rooms on the property

Mail boxes are located in the middle of the property

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors have access to the apartment complex

There are trash dumpsters and trash pick ups on Monday and Friday
