There are washer and dryer hookups in every apartment.

There are laundry facilities in buildings 4 and 20.

 

Mailboxes are located on the right side of the leasing office.

Visitors may go directly to residents home.

There are trash dumpsters on the property.

 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
