Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

If you are checking in durning business hours, please go directly to the front leasing office. They will provide you with the necessary keys and information that you will need. If you are needing to check in after hours, please contact our office for specifics instructions.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your ""temporary home"" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.310.8123 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Any illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the GUEST's expense.

Please leave all keys and access devices at the front leasing office upon check out. A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F. Remember to remove all garbage and food items There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon moveout. Please lock the door upon your departure. You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place any keys and/or remotes that you have been given, into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office. If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 800.310.8123 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
