Each apartment has washer and dryer connections
Each apartment has individual mail pick-up and delivery at residence
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must contact apartment for access
Trash is picked up curbside on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday before 6am
