Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

All mailboxes are located on the 2nd level of the parking garage.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community.  All visitors must call in by tele-entry to gain access to the property and each individual building in the community.
