Mail boxes are located inside your assigned corporate apartment building. They are normally located next to a stairwell.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
You may inform any visitors of the building entry gate code that was provided to you at the time of move-in so they may gain access into the building and locate your apartment.
