The mailboxes are located directly behind the office, next to the Fitness Center at the front of the property.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors may gain access by pulling up the the key pad at the main access gate and following instructions.
There are curb-side trash pick ups on M, W, F from 6-8am
