Business Center available during office hours.  It is equipped with computers with internet access, printer, fax machine and a copy machine.

There is a full size washer and dryer in every apartment.

Mailboxes located in the front of property on the right side of the leasing office.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office of the property. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Property Office is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to guests of Oakwood: however, they cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for as long as necessary.
