• Cats and dogs of any size are welcome. Maximum number of pets per apartment is 2. There are restrictions on certain dog breeds, so please ask if there are any restrictions relating to your pet(s).
• A deposit of $200 and a $200 non-refundable fee is required.
• Violation of this policy is a violation of your lease agreement and may be subject to termination of your residency.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Reserve at Fairfax Corner will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of The Reserve at Fairfax Corner. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about The Reserve at Fairfax Corner, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Check In time is anytime after 3:30pm Monday – Saturday or anytime on Sundays on your scheduled arrival date.

• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Your apartment key will be placed in a lockbox hanging on your apartment door.  All additional keys, access cards and parking information you may need at this community will be placed on the coffee table or on the kitchen counter inside the apartment.   All lease paperwork must be completed, signed and returned prior to keys being placed in the lockbox.

Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific move-in instructions and the lockbox code for picking up your keys for move-in.
