There is a full-size washer and dryer in every apartment.
There are 2 mailbox kiosks onsite. One is located by the leasing office and the other is in the middle of the community. Please refer to your Welcome Information for specific mailbox instructions.
This gated community has a specific visitor driveway. There will be an apartment directory by the gate. The visitor will contact the tenant and the tenant may grant visitor access.
The community is working on getting security cameras at the Visitor's Gate. This way, once the desired tenant is buzzed, they may turn on their TV and get a visual on their visitor.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
