When you are not home, all delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. The delivery service will leave you a notice letting you know your package has been left in the office. You may pick up your packages from the rental office during business hours.
Currently the gates are not closing in the day or evening. Any visitors may go directly to your apartment home. A visitor parking pass must be displayed from the rear view mirror to avoid the car being towed at the owners exspense.
