We welcome you and hope that your stay at Haverhill will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Haverhill. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about Haverhill, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment key will be placed in a lockbox hanging on your apartment door. All additional keys, building/gate access cards and parking information you may need at this community will be placed on the coffee table or on the kitchen counter inside the apartment. All lease paperwork must be completed, signed and returned prior to keys being placed in the lockbox.

 

Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific move-in instructions and the lockbox code for picking up your keys for move-in.

You will receive a hang tag parking permit or parking sticker to park on site at Haverhill. You must display your hang tag on the rear view mirror or display your sticker in the rear window. Open parking for our guests is located on the outside of the property gates. Visitors must park in the designated visitor parking areas.
