Office Hours:  M-F. 9-5 (Tuesday & Thursday open until 7)

There are washers and dryers in every apartment.

The mailboxes are located within the resident buildings.

Visitors may go directly to the apartment.

There are trash dumpsters located throughout the property around the buildings.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
