Package Acceptance
There is a full size washer and dryer in every apartment.
There are two mail box kiosks in the community. Your mailbox , is in the kiosk you pass on the way to your apartment.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office of the property. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Property Office is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to guests of Oakwood: however, they cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for as long as necessary. Visitors are welcome.
