We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office tollfree at 1-800-592-7947 or locally at 1-757-200-7700.
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly tollfree at 1-800-592-7947 or locally at 1-757-200-7700.
In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
Make sure all food and garbage has been removed from the apartment upon move out. Leave all apartment keys, parking passes, scan cards, mailbox keys, etc. in the apartment on the kitchen counter with the exception of the one key used to lock the door. Place the key in an envelope, or Express Check Out Envelope supplied in the maroon binder. Be sure to put the building and apartment number on the envelope and leave at the leasing office. Before or after hours drop in the mail slot/drop box at the leasing office.

$50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
