Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Mail boxes are located on the first floor of each building
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must park in visitor parking spaces and use the call box and be buzzed in by a resident
