Check in time is at 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease. Please contact your local office if this conflicts with your schedule. You do not need to check-in with the on-site leasing office.

The apartment key will be in a lockbox on the door of the apartment. Please contact the local office for further instructions.

Upon arrival, there will be a Welcome Binder with a welcome letter and other pertinent information on the coffee table in the living room. If you have any questions, concerns, or service requests, please contact your Guest Services Representative, Beth Drewery, at 757-200-7700.

Marina Shores has mostly open parking, however, some buildings are allotted covered and numbered parking spots. If your building is allotted a covered parking spot, the space number will be provided on your move in instructions.
|
|
|
- Please return all apartment keys, mailbox keys and passes to the community office in the envelope provided upon departure.
- There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 757.200.7777.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty day written notice from the resident or corporation
