Check in time is 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease. Please review your move in instructions, which will be provided by your local office prior to move in.

The apartment key will be put in a lockbox on the door of your apartment. Please contact your local Oakwood contact for further instructions.

Upon arrival, there will be a Welcome Binder on the coffee table in the living room. Please review the contents of the Welcome Binder. Included are important contact phone numbers and more.

- Please return all apartment keys, mailbox keys and passes to the community office in the envelope provided upon departure. There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned.
- Please remove all trash and food from the apartment.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at Ph:757.200.7700 or 800-592-7947.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty day written notice from the resident or corporation.
