There are washers and dryers in most apartments. There is also a laundry facility on site
The mailboxes are located next to each building.
Visitors may go directly to the apartment.
There are trash dumpsters located throughout the property
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
