Office Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
*closed daily from 1:00pm - 2:00pm and Sunday
Each unit features full-size washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are centrally located by office.
Visitors may go directly to apartments.
Trash dumpsters are located by every building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
