There is a washer and dryer in every apartment.

 

Mailboxes are located in each tower, down the hall from the elevators.

Visitors must be buzzed in by resident.

 

There are trash chutes located on every floor, and recycling bins are located in the parking lots.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
