This community allows pets. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet deposit of $150.00 is required prior to check in, of which none is refundable. Check with your Oakwood representative for further details on this community's pet policy.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a quest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of you move in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartments will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 952.881-8446 

In addition to details regarding keys access, your move- in instructions will also include direction to your apartment as well as a site map of where applicable. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 952.881.8446 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Instructions will be provided in your move-in provided from your Oakwood representative packet regarding parking.

· If you need to extend you stay, please contact the local office at 800.897.4610.

 · When vacating your apartment, all rental of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

· Please reset voicemail access code to 1234 if you have changed the "access code" from 1234, please change it back prior to vacating

· All personal belongings are to be taken out of unit; which includes trash and or recyclables and food, perishables in your refrigerator and cupboards. There will be a charge of $5.00 per load.

** THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE TO BE LEFT IN THE APARTMENT **

· KEYS: ($50-$150 depending upon property fee)

· Garage: OPENER/PARKING PASS/HANG TAG ($100 per pass/garage door opener)

· MAIL, ACTIVITY, EXERCISE ROOM PAS/KEY: ($25 per pass/key)
