When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or company.
All garbage, food items, and personal items must be removed from the unit prior to vacating the apartment.
If your apartment does not have a lockbox, please place all keys and garage remotes in the envelope provided, and return to the leasing office. If your apartment does have a lockbox, please place all keys in the lockbox, and leave the garage remotes on the dining room table. There is a $50 charge for each key, access card, or remote that is not returned.
