Property Office Hours: Mon - Fri. 9am to 4pm
There is a full size washer and dryer in every unit.
The mail boxes are located near the front of the property by the office.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Property is gated so all visitors will need to call guest for entry code.
Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property.
