- Imperial Palace - The former Edo castle, the seat of the Shogunate, was turned into the Imperial Palace in 1868.

- Suntory Hall - established as a premier concert hall in Tokyo in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of whisky production and the 20th anniversary of beer sales by Suntory
- Suntory Museum of Art - founded in November 1961 by Keizo Saji, then President of Suntory, Ltd. This museum contains approximately 2,000 ancient and antique art objects.
- Ark Hills - A complex city building that can meet every need of the sophisticated urbanite. The restaurants, cares, and shops here are ready to provide warm-hearted, gracious service.
- Hinoki-cho Park - contains an island set in a large pond that can be reached by bridge
- Kids and Teens Hall - The facility is for 0-6 years children and contains a large sized gymnasium, kids play rooms, and kids library. The entrance fee is free.

- Daily dry cleaning and laundry pick-up service is returned within 24 hours.
- Mail boxes for every apartment are located on the ground floor using security code access.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
