If you are not home, all Postal Services and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the concierge desk.

All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of expected deliveries.

Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Parking is available in the basement of the property, however a charge does apply.
