Each apartment comes with a washer/dryer .
Mailboxes are located in the lobby of the building
Guests are advised to make alternate arrangements for any packages that are expected as there is no porter at the building. If you are not home, all Postal Service and other delivery service packages will attempt delivery on the next business day. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries and making arrangements for alternate delivery dates.
Visitor access is through an intercom system.
