A full-sized washer and dryer are in each unit.
Mailboxes are centrally located outside the office.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This is a gated community. Visitors must contact apartment for access.
Dumpsters are located near each building.
