Pools: There is one pool located in the center of the property. The pools may used between the hours of 5am to 10pm by using the gate/pool key provided upon move in. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations listed onsite at the pool. No more than two visitors per apartment are allowed in any amenity at a time.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is located above the leasing office and can be accessed from 5am to 10pm using the gate/pool key. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.
Business Center: The business center is also located above the leasing offfice and may be used by obtaining a code from the leasing office between 5am and 10pm.Most apartments come with a washer and dryer. There is also a coin operated laundry room behind the lasing office which may be used from 5am to 10pm using the gate/pool key.
The mailboxes are located near/next to each building. A mail key will be provided in your apartment upon check in.
The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.
Visitors may call residents from the call boxes located outside each building. To have you name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you. Two visitors are allowed to accompany oakwood guests to the amenities and if visitors exceed two per apartment they must be registered at the management office.
Trash: The trash dumpsters are located near/next to each building. Please do not dispose of oversized items in the trash bins.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am.
Additional Rules and Regulations: Plants or other objects are not permitted on railings or ledges. Also no hanging plants are permitted. Towels, laundry, or clothing shall not be draped or hung from windows, patios, or balconies. Smoking is prohibited in all common areas such as leasing office building, gym, enclosed parking areas, and laundry facilities. Alcohol is also not permitted in any recreational area. Guests shall not post and signs on the property including in elevators, mailbox areas, stairways, and laundry rooms. Oakwood is not located on site so please be advised the community of Las Palmas charges a $50.00 fee for after hours lockouts.
